So, a while ago, Jenn mentioned that she was lacking a nail file at the office. Since I had failed to get her anything for her birthday, I told her I would build her an office survival kit as a belated birthday present. Those of you who know me know that I go all out for these sorts of things. The photo below shows all the items that I collected to put into the kit. I tried to cover most eventualities.
The other problem was making sure it all fit into a container that would be storable in a standard-issue corporate cube. I lucked out and found the perfect bag, and proceeded to load it, filling the pockets by theme (hair, fabric, first aid, dental, eyes, etc).
The kit has now been delivered, and has met with the approval of its new owner. At some point, I’ll make an Amazon “So you want to…” list, in case anyone is looking to replicate my efforts.
